Back to: Round The World Balloons There are a wide variety of LTA projects going on around the world for advertising, passenger carrying, mine clearance, surveillance and heavy-lift, to name just a few applications. Images from the CARGOLIFTER project are the work of stereo photographer Philip Neuhaus. They are originally presented as stereo pairs, but they are shown here as full-colour anaglyphs...CargoLifter Since this image was taken (2001), the prototype CargoLifter balloon has been destroyed in a storm. The balloon was a test vehicle for CargoLifter's much larger plans.... Which have now met a similar fate :*( (2004)
